VoiceHearth is operated by Sandro Brunner, Bahnhofstr. 41, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

• Email address — collected when you sign in. Used to authenticate your account and send transactional messages such as order confirmations and MP3 delivery notices.
• Voice recordings — the audio you record through our interface. Stored securely and used solely to generate your MP3 file. Never listened to or accessed by us unless you specifically request support.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Session data — a cookie is used to keep you signed in between visits. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We use your data only to provide and improve the VoiceHearth service:

• To authenticate your account
• To generate and deliver your MP3
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, MP3 delivery)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

We use the following third-party services to operate VoiceHearth. Each is contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

• Recordings and account data — kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated recordings, audio files, and personal data are permanently deleted within 7 days.
• Purchase records — retained for as long as required by Swiss accounting and tax law (typically 10 years), after which they are deleted.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@voicehearth.com. We will respond within 30 days. To delete your account and all recordings, email us and we will process your request within 7 days. A self-service account deletion option is coming soon.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies of any kind.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of VoiceHearth after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
